Spring this year has been equally as busy so far compared to last year. Last spring I spent it training through building towards my next training year. Most of this took place in Canmore, Ab. This year has been spent doing not so specific activities such as Mountain biking, Downhill skiing, Cross country, back country skiing and hiking ( well the Chief is right outside my door!) I will sit down for a meeting with my coach Amy over the next few days to decide the path my training will take next year. I am also looking over my finances to see if it is possible to jump straight into training in May or if I will need to go home and work...decisions, decidions...
